Dear families,
We are back to school tomorrow. Lockdown #6 is ending for all of us living in regional Victoria at midnight TONIGHT!
Once again, thank you for your support and ‘never-give-up’ persistence with remote learning. Sudden snap lockdowns might be part of our lives for a while, so it’s great to know you’re supporting us to keep learning happening as best we can.
I’m sure our students will be very pleased to be returning to school and learning with their teachers and friends.
Once again, I’d like to say a huge thank you to our staff, both teachers and education support staff. The whole team just snapped into action at lunchtime Thursday and got straight onto the job of preparing for a new lockdown. We truly couldn’t do it without them!
In order to keep improving, if you have any feedback please let us know – we want to make Lockdowns as ‘painless’ as we possibly can.
Just a couple of reminders for tomorrow:
- COMPUTERS – please return all computers, cords and cases tomorrow. PLEASE CHARGE COMPUTERS TONIGHT so that they are ready for work in the morning.
- SCHOOL ENTRY – for the next two weeks, there will be restricted entry to the school grounds. Please drop off and pick up students quickly. Parents are still not allowed in the school grounds. If you need any assistance, please PHONE THE OFFICE and we can make arrangements for entry.
- FACE MASKS– must be worn by adults at all times (unless eating, drinking or teaching)
- BOOK FAIR – We still have the rest of the week to continue Book Fair- lucky for us!
- SUPPORT AND FOOD HAMPERS – if you require any help or hampers, please do not hesitate to contact us
Thank you and we look forward to being back at school tomorrow!
Regards
Tammie (Acting Principal) and the 502 Team
