It is time for our Term 1 Parent-Teacher Interviews!
We apologise for the late notice about this important school event. The COVID lockdown last week threw us out a little! Our interviews will officially run from Monday 1st March – Friday 5th March, with times available between 3.30 pm-6.00 pm. If you are unable to book a time that suits you, please do not hesitate to contact your teacher to book another time. They can be flexible as needed.
All interviews last for 10 mins. Your time might say 12.40-1.00pm, but your timeslot is only the first 10 mins.
These times are also available as an extra:
Monday 1st: Grades 3-6 times available from 12.40pm- ALL other grades from 3.40pm
Tuesday 2nd: Grades 1-2 times available from 12.40pm- ALL other grades from 3.40pm
Wednesday 3rd: Prep times available from 12.40pm- ALL other grades from 3.40pm
Thursday 4th: ALL grades from 3.40pm
Friday 5th: ALL grades from 3.40pm
We are aiming for PT Interviews with 100% of our families, as we know this is a really important way to stay connected with you and partnering with you in your child’s learning.
To book your interview with your teacher, you need to do this through your XUNO parent portal or your XUNO Family APP. You can book with your XUNO FAMILY app on your phone or online through this link:

Once you have booked, your teacher will contact you with their Webex link.
If you need assistance in booking, please do not hesitate to contact the office on 5358 1255 and they can book for you. You can also message your child’s teacher through the XUNO Family app.
